Bio

David Venable is a seasoned cyber security leader with over 18 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors, and ranging from senior management to highly technical roles. David is currently the Vice President of Cyber Security at Masergy Communications where he heads the internal cyber security program as well as Masergy’s security consulting practice.

David has developed and managed several U.S. national-level projects in support of global anti-terrorism operations and the Global War on Terror, provided security consulting to Global 500 companies, authored several cyber security articles, and has received awards from the United States National Security Agency.
